The temperature deviation of most thermocouple is on the rise at 600 ℃ after using the measured in 6000 hours, that is to say, measured values gradually on the high side.
Armoured thermocouple stability test for 6000 hours （250days）
Cyclic test the thermocouple stability： Test 6000 hours under the ceiling temperature 820 ℃, and one time per 500 hours.
Through accelerated aging calculation, the life time about 41 years under the 600 ℃ working condition .
